E-mail: firstname.lastname@example.orgEmilee first started practicing yoga in 2009 and quickly fell in love with the benefits that she experienced on and off of her mat. Having found an awakened sense of comfort, and strength in her body and mind that came from daily practice, Emilee felt the desire to share these benefits with others, and completed her first teacher training, Moksha Yoga Level 1 in 2015. Since that time, she has participated in a number of teacher trainings and courses including her Moksha Flow Teacher Training, and Saana Yoga Advanced Teacher Training, to continue to grow her understanding and share that with her students. Emilee’s passion for well-being led her to pursue her Thai Yoga Massage Training in 2019 to become a Navina Certified Thai Yoga Massage Therapist. When Emilee isn’t practicing yoga she loves to use the strength she has gained from daily practice to stay active outdoors, and can often be found jogging, camping, diving into the lake, or relaxing at home listening to music and baking. No matter what life throws at her, Emilee has always found steadiness and calm in yoga, and she always looks forward to meeting new faces and greeting back all of her returning students. Emilee invites you to find your own Sukha, by finding the sweetness and joy in the current moment when you come to practice with her.
