I am a yogini and yoga teacher who is passionate about helping people tap into the powerful energy that surrounds us all. I have been on a lifelong quest for health and balance, and started teaching yoga in 2010. My classes are geared towards building a connection between elements like mindful movement, conscious breathing and meditation. I mainly teach hatha flow, sometimes combined with more gentle therapeutic yoga, restorative and yin therapy. I also often offer my reiki skills to my students in class.
I accomplished my education mainly with Yoga Tree and Yoga Therapy Toronto. I am experienced in teaching group classes, as well as private sessions. My hope is that the students I teach can share this passion with me.
