Shawna first began practicing Yoga & meditation over 17 years ago to help her manage anxiety. From her practice she was able to connect her true Self and her purpose and she strives to allow space for others to do the same.
With a background in Child & Youth Counselling she creates a safe, comfortable & loving environment for all who join her classes.
She holds space for others to be their true selves, to connect to their bodies, minds, emotions & energy. She is passionate about empowering others to stand in their truth, to know their worth & to remember their beauty.
