Welcome to Sukha Yoga
Vijnana yoga is the practice of being present to the deep intelligence of the body. When the mind is quiet, the body relaxed and the breath at ease, then this bodily wisdom can surface to guide our actions. In other words when we listen carefully to the body, the body itself becomes the teacher.
As of September 15th, 2015, I will be on maternity leave. I will not be teaching or taking new coaching clients during this time. I will be back in January 2017. Please continue to check back to this website for updates and details.
