An open-level, fitness-focused Reformer workout following the CoreFit Method. This dynamic class blends elements of functional fitness and cardio with the foundational principles of Pilates to build strength, endurance, stability, and coordination. Expect an energizing, full-body workout that uses the Reformer as a versatile piece of fitness equipment. Previous Reformer experience is highly recommended.

An intermediate to advanced contemporary Pilates class designed to challenge strength, control, coordination, and mobility. Building on the foundations of Contemporary 1, this class incorporates more complex exercises, sequences, and transitions, often using props such as fitness circles, mini stability balls, and foam rollers to enhance the challenge. Previous Pilates experience is highly recommended.

An intermediate to advanced class that builds upon the traditional classical Pilates repertoire introduced in Classical 1. Expect more challenging exercises, transitions, and sequences requiring greater strength, control, and coordination. A minimum of three Classical 1 classes is recommended before attending Classical 2.
**Prerequisite: To enrol in a classical 2 class, students must first complete 5 classical I classes.
