Hatha Yoga Teacher Training 100 Hours
Hosted by sukha yoga & Pilates
Deepen Your Practice. Find Your Community. Learn to Teach.
Yoga is more than movement, it is a lifelong practice of self-discovery, connection, and transformation. At Sukha Yoga & Pilates Studio, we believe that the journey is even more powerful when shared in community.
Practicing yoga alongside like-minded people creates a space for healing, growth, and belonging. As we move, breathe, and learn together, we cultivate compassion, deepen our awareness, and elevate one another. Community offers perspective that is often difficult to find alone, encouraging us to explore the connection between mind, body, and spirit while collectively raising our consciousness.
Our 100-Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training is rooted in this philosophy. Whether you dream of becoming a yoga teacher or simply wish to immerse yourself more deeply in your own practice, this training is designed to meet you where you are and guide you toward your next step.

While previous experience is encouraged, this training welcomes practitioners at different stages of their journey. A willingness to participate, remain curious, and engage with the practice is the most important prerequisite.

Our 100-hour Yoga Teacher Training is designed to provide a strong, practical foundation that gives students the essential tools, knowledge, and confidence to begin their teaching journey.
We believe that becoming a great yoga teacher is an ongoing process. Rather than completing all 200 hours in one program, our approach allows graduates to continue expanding their skills through specialized continuing education workshops that add depth and experience to their teacher toolkit.
After completing the 100-hour training, teachers can continue building their education through workshops focused on areas such as hands-on adjustments, the art of using props, advanced sequencing, anatomy, meditation, restorative practices, and other specialized topics.
This flexible learning pathway allows each teacher to customize their education based on their interests, goals, and the communities they serve—supporting lifelong growth both on and off the mat.
